Payslips and p60s for retired members are going digital

We’re pleased to inform you that we’ve changed how P60s and payslips are made available to retired members. These documents will no longer be sent to you by post, and you will instead be able to access these documents via your online pension portal at: portal.hartlinkonline.co.uk/hanson

If you’re affected by this change you’ll have received a separate communication from the Scheme with more details.

Your online pension portal is an established and secure method of communication. Using it to provide P60s and payslips means we can:

Reduce the risk of identity theft from lost or stolen paper statements. Only you can log in and see your data using secure passwords on your member home page.
Provide quick, easy, any-time access to your documents. You can view any documents whenever you wish.
Minimise environmental impact by reducing paper waste which contributes to greenhouse gases and deforestation.

If you’ve previously used your online pension portal, you just need to log in as before and you can view and download your P60s and payslips at any time by clicking the ‘P60 history’ and ‘Payslip history’ links under the ‘My Pension’ tile on your homepage.

If you have never signed in to your online pension portal, please follow the steps below:

How to register

Please have the following information to hand:

Your National Insurance number

Next, please follow these six steps:

Go to: portal.hartlinkonline.co.uk/hanson
Click Register and then create:
- Your own login name and password
- Your own security question and answer (this is to make sure we can identify you in the event that you cannot access your online account)
Enter your personal details
Enter the security code shown on the screen. If you cannot read the code, please click ‘Refresh’ until one is clear enough, or you can click the ‘Play’ button if you would like to hear the letters read out to you. A verification PIN will then be sent to you by text or email, depending on which one you select
Click Submit and input the PIN. You are now ready to access your P60s and payslips online!

Once registered and logged in, you can view and download your P60s and payslips at any time by clicking the ‘P60 history’ and ‘Payslip history’ links under the ‘My Pension’ tile on the homepage.
